We use a hybrid UV machine, this can print directly to the product with a relatively robust print image which means less handling, less processes and less energy used in post-production finishing. Our machine is called a hybrid because it has a rolling bed, this is great for feeding coreflute or other rigid products, as well as the ability to print onto roll media, things like Self Adhesive Vinyl, polypropylene for pull-up banners or even plain paper. We have printed onto fabric, timber, plastic, glass, aluminium, in fact anything flat, up to 41mm in thickness can be printed on this machine. There are just a few limitations, we are happy to discuss the options with you when the time comes.
